Hussnain qualified as a solicitor in 2013. He leads teams and has extensive expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions. He advises on acquisitions, sales, finance, commercial leases, land acquisition, development, asset management, and disposal of mixed-use and residential developments. He also has experience in Islamic, bridging, and development finance. As a founding director of Ally Randall Solicitors, he is committed to giving each client a thorough and competent service.

Misbha qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and founded Ally Randall Solicitors in 2023. She has several years of post-qualification experience in real estate and handles all kinds of real estate issues for renters, landlords, and freeholders. She also has immigration experience and has acted in high-value residential transactions involving prime and trophy properties in London and across the UK.
Alannah Macdonald

Alannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and has a strong background in private client matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection applications, and probate. She also assists with declarations of trust and change of name deeds. She is known for her professional yet personable approach and for making complex matters easier for clients to understand and manage.

Trainee Solicitor
Ismail is a Trainee Solicitor with prior experience as a Paralegal. He has worked primarily on residential conveyancing matters, with additional exposure to commercial conveyancing and compliance work. He has assisted on leasehold matters, new build purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, auction purchases, and more. He is committed to guiding clients through each stage of the conveyancing process with responsive and supportive communication.

Alessia supports the conveyancing team with the initial conduct of new matters, client onboarding, preparation of contracts, and post-completion matters. She also assists with the general running of files and is known for her approachable manner, organisation, and responsiveness to clients.

Nisha joined the conveyancing team in October 2025 and supports the daily progression of conveyancing matters. She helps ensure smooth transactions, clear guidance, and strong communication throughout the process. Having completed her LPC, she is now working towards qualifying as a Solicitor.
